Article 1 (Members)

1. "Member" refers to an individual who applies for membership in accordance with the procedures set by our company and agrees to these terms.
2. "Member Information" refers to information about the member's attributes disclosed to our company and transaction history related to the member.
3. These terms apply to all members and must be observed at the time of registration and after registration.

Article 2 (Registration)

1. Membership Qualification
Customers who agree to these terms and complete the prescribed membership application procedure will have membership qualifications after completing the prescribed registration process. The registration process must be completed by the person who will become the member. Registration by proxy is not allowed. Additionally, applications from individuals whose membership has been revoked in the past or whom our company deems inappropriate may be declined.

2. Input of Member Information
When registering as a member, please carefully read the input instructions and accurately enter the required information in the designated form. Special characters, old kanji, Roman numerals, etc., cannot be used in member information registration. If such characters are registered, our company will change them.

3. Password Management
(1) Passwords are to be used only by the member and cannot be transferred or lent to third parties.
(2) Members are responsible for managing their passwords, including regularly changing them to prevent others from knowing them.
(3) Any declarations made to our company using the password will be considered as made by the member, and all resulting payments and responsibilities will be borne by the member.

Article 3 (Changes)

1. Members must promptly notify our company of any changes to the information provided, such as name or address.
2. Our company is not responsible for any damages caused by failure to update changes. Also, even if changes are registered, transactions processed before the update will be based on the information before the change, so please be aware.

Article 4 (Withdrawal)

If you wish to withdraw, please fill in the following items in the inquiry form and submit it.

After confirming the details, we will proceed with the withdrawal process.

* After withdrawal, all account information (purchase history, personal information, points held) will be deleted.
However, if there is a purchase history, due to system constraints, the account cannot be deleted for six months from the last purchase. Please understand.
* If you currently have ordered products, please contact us about withdrawal after receiving the products.
* It may take several days to complete the membership cancellation. Please understand in advance.
* Once the withdrawal process is completed, the account cannot be restored under any circumstances.
* If you wish to re-register after withdrawal, you will need to register as a new member.

Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Compensation Obligations)

1. If a member makes a false declaration when applying for membership, fails to pay for mail-order purchases, or if our company deems the member inappropriate for other reasons, our company may cancel the membership.

2. If a member commits any of the following acts, they will be responsible for compensating any damages caused to our company.
(1) Unauthorized use of membership number or password
(2) Accessing our website to alter information, sending harmful computer programs, or otherwise interfering with our business
(3) Infringing on intellectual property rights of products handled by our company
(4) Other acts violating these terms

Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

1. Our company will not disclose member information to third parties without prior consent, except in the following cases:

(2) When our company judges it necessary to protect its rights, interests, or reputation

If members do not wish to receive such information, they can notify us according to our prescribed method, and we will stop providing it. However, information necessary for service operation cannot be stopped at the member's request.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)

The following acts are prohibited when using this service:

1. Violating laws, these terms, service usage notes, shopping notes, or other related rules

3. Acts that may adversely affect the mental or physical health of minors or acts against public order and morals
4. Acts that cause inconvenience or discomfort to other users or third parties
5. Entering false information

8. Lending, transferring, or sharing passwords with third parties
9. Other acts deemed inappropriate by our company

Article 8 (Service Interruption or Suspension)

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

1. Our company is not responsible for damages caused by system interruptions, delays, cancellations, data loss, unauthorized data access, or other damages related to our services due to communication line or computer failures.
2. Our company does not guarantee that emails or content sent from our web pages, servers, or domains are free from harmful elements such as computer viruses.
3. Our company is not responsible for damages caused by members violating these terms.

Article 11 (Revision of Terms)

Our company may revise these terms at its discretion and may establish supplementary terms. Revised or supplementary terms will take effect when posted on our designated site. Members agree to comply with the revised and supplementary terms.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

In case of disputes regarding these terms, the district court with jurisdiction over our company's head office location will have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
