■How to Use Points
After logging in, please enter the number of points you wish to use in the field displayed on the shopping cart screen below.

■Timing of Point Awarding
・When purchasing from the official online storepoints will be awarded the day after the product is shipped
(Starting from the time all items in the same order have been shipped)
■Amount Eligible for Points
・Order amount at the official online store
・The eligible amount is the total including tax, excluding shipping fees, various handling fees, points used, and coupon amounts.
■Point Expiration
・Points expire one year after the last purchase date.
Example) 1st purchase: 100 points awarded on 2023/03/01
2nd purchase: 200 points awarded on 2023/05/01
In this case, 300 points will expire at midnight on 2024/05/02.
■Calculation Method
・When shopping using points or coupons, points are awarded based on the purchase amount (including tax) after deducting the amounts used for points and coupons.
・Points are calculated for each item based on the member rank and campaigns at the time of purchase.
・Shipping fees and various handling fees are excluded from point awarding.
Example) Purchasing one item priced at 5,500 yen (including tax) using 500 points
(Silver member: 3% return rate)
5,500 yen (including tax) - 500 points = 5,000 yen (including tax)
5,000 yen (including tax) × 3% = 【150 points】 awarded
■Member Rank Benefits and Conditions
・Member ranks, benefits, and conditions are as shown in the table below.
※Return rates may change during point-up campaigns and other promotions.
■Using Points
・Coupons issued by the online store cannot be used together with points.
※1 point equals 1 yen
■Rank Assessment
・Member rank for the next year (from March of the following year) is determined based on the total purchase amount from March 1 to the end of February of the following year.
・If the cumulative purchase amount during the period meets the conditions for a higher rank, the rank will be upgraded 13 days after the purchase date.
・The annual purchase amount and the purchase amount used for point return rates are based on amounts including tax.
・If returns cause the conditions for rank upgrade to no longer be met, the rank will be downgraded.
■Amount Subject to Assessment
・Order amount at the official online store
・The eligible amount is the total including tax, excluding shipping fees, various handling fees, points used, and coupon amounts.
■Assessment Dates
・For official online store purchases: product shipping date
・For in-store purchases: product purchase date
・For returns: return processing completion date
■Reflection of Member Rank
・Member rank will be updated 13 days after the assessment reference date mentioned above.
■Reset of Assessment Amount
・Cumulative purchase amounts are reset at the end of February each year.
■How to Check Your Current Rank and Points

You can check your current rank and points on your My Page.
■Birthday Points Award
Points are awarded at noon on your birthday.
※You need to register your birthday in advance on My Page.
※The number of points awarded varies depending on your member rank.
